PUMPKIN SOUP

Pumpkin soup is one of my favourite soups that is why I have choosen this recipe.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
-500g of pumpkin
-2 glasses of milk
-2 teaspoons of flour
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of butter
-1 onion
Preparation:
-Cut the pumpkin into reasonble chunks.
-Boil pumpkin until tender (20 minutes).
-Puree the pumpkin in a blender until smooth.
-Met the butter in a pan and fry the onion.
-Add the flour salt and pepper to the pan and stir.
-Add milk stir very slowly, if added fast it does not mix well.
-Add the pumpkin and stir.
-Serve in a bowl.
Serving suggestions:
Serve with crusty bread and a slop of extra cream for decoration.

CABBAGE SALAD
Ingredients:
-1 green cabbage.
-4 medium carrot.
-6 stalks celery.
-1 cucumber.
-1/2 cup sugar.
-1/2 cup vinegar.
-1/2 cup oil.
-1 boiling water.
Method:
-1 Slice cabbage into thin strips.
-2 Slice carrot into thin slices.
-3 Slice celery into to thin strips croosway.
-4 Slice cucumber into thin strips.
-5 Place all ingredients in to a container.
-6 Pour the boiling water in the container.
-7 Cover the container for 20 minutes.
-8 Drain the liquid.
-9 Serve a room temperature.

FRIED BANANAS
Ingredients:
-1 or 2 bananas.
Preparation time:
2 minutes.
Cooking time:
5 or 10 minutes.
Instructions:
-1 Cut banana tips
-2 Make two vertical grooves in two differents parts of banana peel
